Large rough cut Amethyst point ,displaying lilac and purple hues. Amethyst is used in healing circles and is thought to help promote a calm and tranquil environment. It is one of the birthstones for those with a February or Pisces birthday. Throughout history, this gemstone has been linked with different myths and legends. It has been associated with stability, peace and inner strength. It is thought to be linked to the brow chakra, also known as third eye.
