I strive to ensure a seamless delivery experience for my customers. I am a sole trader so do not have any staff to help me. Depending on the weight and size of your order, I utilize different shipping methods to guarantee efficient and reliable delivery. However, normally this is Royal Mail. Once I receive your order, I mark it as being processed and you will get an automated email advising you of this. You will then receive tracking details if tracked or conformation of postage if not tracked.
Heavier Products (Courier)
For larger or heavier items, I work with reputable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery to your doorstep. This is usually parcel force but it can vary depending on the weight and size of the product. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Delivery Times
I aim to dispatch all orders promptly, typically, if the order comes in the day before, I get it ready in the evening and dispatch it the next morning or at the latest the next day if I am exceptionally busy. In general, orders are posted the day after the order comes in. However, if you have any specific requests or queries, and need it very quickly, I will do my best to send it as soon as the order comes in as far as possible.
