The specimen was legally collected by Robert Draychuk in the 1990 s and is from an old collection.. The site is no longer available for fossil hunters. There is some beautiful detail- On one side there are ferns and a twig of Metasequoia ( Dawn Redwood) and on reverse , partial leaves and another fern.
Date: Early to middle Eocene.
Provenance: British Colombia
Size:11.5 x 7 x 1 cm weight 112 gm
Condition: The specimen has some great detail and is a lovely collectors piece.
