Small fossil tail vertebra from a Mosasaur.
Mosasaur was an aquatic lizzard, that grew up to 50 feet in length and could weigh up to 15 tons.It had long jaws which were filled with numerous sharp powerful teeth, tearing open fish, squid, shellfish and other sea creatures. It has streamlined body and flippers, and was thus able to to move very swiftly through the water. Supplied with a click and twist acrylic display stand.
